Melbourne, Thursday. Considerable anxiety is felt concerning the non-arrival of the ship Iron Duke, from London, now. 116 days ont, haviug left on December 21st. Sydney, Thursday. Mr Alexander Stuart, who wai recently appointed Agent-General for N.S.W. iv London, has resigned tbe position, private affairs requiring that he should remain iv the Colony. The Exhibition closes on Thursday 20th inst. The day has been proclaimed a public holiday. Cohen Bros., clothiers, have called a meeting of creditors. The liabilities are set down at £35,000, assets £40.000.
