An important discovery has been made at Cardrona. A quartz reef, carrying silver in considerable quantities, was found on the main Cardrona range near the heads of Branch Boundary Creek. A protecting area has heen applied for. The stone is supposed to contain gold. Wellington, Saturday. Dr Lemon has received a cable message from Col.
