Messrs Hackett, Scott, Morgan, and Fawcett were fined £50 each and Mr Willis £250. Sydney, Friday. Brandy, Hennessy's three star, 455, one star, 36s , kerosine, Devoe's, Is 3£d; New Zealand oats, 2s to 2s 6d; tobacco, Raven's twist, ls 5d to ls 6d ; candles, D.R.J.S., 7d toßd. The proprietors of lhe Evening News have been ordered to show cause why they should not be committed for contempt of court for again publishing evidence in the trial of Shephard versus Dibbs, which they were prohibited from doing by the Judge's order. Saturday. The total subscriptions obtained in this colony towards the Irish relief fund amounts to £2900; Adelaide, Friday. Wheat, 5s ; town flour, £11 5s to £li los; country, £10 10s to £10 15s. -A
