London, February 23. Adelaide wheat has further advanced, and to-day is quoted at 59s 6d per 49Glbs ex warehouse. The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is 1,800,000 quarters. Australian tallow is declining ; best beef tcday is worth 355, and best mutton 37s per cwt. Rome, February 23. The Italian Government have resolved to send an official representative to the Melbourne International Exhibition, and will take steps for the due representation of the country. February 24 In the House of Commons yesterday, Sir Stafford Northcote, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, gave notice of a motion having for its object the punshment of membors who systematically obstructed the business of the House. The motion proposes that any hon. member guilty of obstruction shall be temporarily suspended from the privilege of Bitting in Parliament. The Standard to-day, alluding to Sir Stafford Northcote's motion, hints that the Government will dissolve the Parliament j unless the obstruction can be overcome. !
