The Lady Barkly sailed on her usual trip to Golden Bay last night. The Clio left Waitapu for Lyttelton on Tuesday night. The Kennedy left Westport at noon today, will arrive here to-morrow morning, and leave for Wellington at 5 p.m. The Murray arrived from Wellington this morning. . She leaves for Wanganui and Opunake this evening. -The Lyttelton leaves for Blenheim at 2 p.m. to morrow. • ~ . ■ The Charles Edward arrived at Westport at 1 a.m. to-day. .-[ The Lutterworth, Captain Pearson, leaves Wellington for London to-day. She is a full ship, and takes seven passengers home. The Taiaroa arrived at Wellington late last night. ' The Kangaroo was lying at anchor off Cable Bay, when the Murray passed this morning. --• " . The paddle steamer Samson was offered for sale by auction at Wellington yesterday, but tbere being only one bid of £1000 she was withdrawn. *' „,-- — The Arawata, while, going up_to^Port Chalmers on Wednesday, grounded -at" the Maori kaik, and remained there fbr two hours. The Waitaki arrived in harbor at 8-20 a.m. to-day. She left Port Chalmers at 5 p.m. on the 9th, and arrived at Lyttelton at noon on the 10th; sailed at 6 pm., and arrived ., at Wellington at noon on the llth; left at 4*30 p.m. yesterday, and reached Picton at 9 p.m.; sailed afc 10 - 30 p.m., arriving hereas above." . The Waitaki steamed to the outer anchorage, at 11-40 a.m., and remains-there till 5 p.m., when she sails for Taranaki and Manukau..,. -
