Melbourne, Thursday. Arrived— Ringarooma. Friday. There was a lengthy discussion in the Assembly on the third reading of the Reform BUL Mr Monro moved an amendment extending the franchise of the Council but it was lost by a majority of four. The House divided on the third reading at three o'clock this morning when there were 43 for it and 48 against, and the Bill was lost in consequence. There are 140 entries for the wool show at the International Exhibition, including 12 from New Zealand.
