x-ondon, Sept. 12th. A meeting has been held at Dublin of the Home Bulers when a resolution was adopted to found a Convention of 300 delegates who should constitute an unofficial Irish Parliament. At the wool sales to-day, 9,200 bales were catalogued. The tone of the market is improving. The directors of the West of England Bank hare been committed for trial for the publication of balances with fictitious statements. ™_ . Se P l - 13 - The latest news from the Cape states that Sir Garnet Wolseley, in an interview with the principal chiefs declared that Zululand was in a hopeless condition under an independent chief, and that the non-capture of Cetewayo was the only obstacle to the conclusion of peace, Calcutta, Sept. 12th. The conflicting rumors current respecting Barman are unreliable, but there is no doubt that the relations between the Indian and Burmese Governments are critical. Diplomatic relations have been broken off and orders given for the withdrawal of the Britiih Mission from MAudajay.
