London, July 25. The Chief Secretary for Ireland, in moving the second reading of the Irish University Bill, stated that it made provision for the establishment of scholarship prizes. Bombay, July 2S. Major Cavagnari, the British Resident, has arrived at Cabnl, and had a brilliant reception. The Ameer, Yakoob Khan, was most friendly, and the inhabitants were all rery respectful.
