[Per steamer Assam at Adelaide.] . London, April 11. Details of the Egyptian crisis confirm the previously received telegram. The Khedive declared his decision to form a native cabinet in compliance with a growing national feeling tbat the new Ministry shall be resposible to the council of delegates, which is to bo invested with full powers on the European model. The conduct of the Khedive caused a sensation in London and Paris. The feeling in London is opposed to coercive measures, but recognises the necessity of warning the Khedive. The UnderSecretary for Foreign Affairs has gone to Paris to confer with the French Government. It is believed that the Khedive is secretly encouraged by an unknown European Power. Garibaldi has arrived at Rome. He is weak and ailing. He met with an impressive reception. His visit causes anxiety to the Italian Government, as its object is unknown. It is believed that tbe New Guinea expedition is only a ruse. The Times in a leading article annonnces the result of Sir Charles Dilke's motion in reference to the Zulu war to be a sufficient warning to the Government, and states that a corresponding feeling of disappointment exists throughout the country, wbich it is impossible to disregard. An enthusiastic meeting has been held at Capetown, which endorsed the policy of Sir Bartle Frere.
