. . _ London, May 11. Advices from Capetown to the 26th April report that Lord Chelmsford and his staff were going to Utrecht, and that Magnezaa brother of Cetewayo has surrendered. It has been decided to send further reinforcements to the Cape. Berlin May 11. The Tariff Bills of Prince Bismarck's have been referred to a Select Committee which nas considered their favorable adoption.
