London, April 25. The House of Commons, after a long debate on constitutional technicalities, agreed to a motion for unseating Sir Brian O'Loughlan by a majority of eleven. The British Government have recalled Air Rivers Wilson, who returns to England. Further correspondence has taken place respecting the Victorian Government difficulty, and the Government has promised to produce it au early date. April 26. Tenders will be opened on the 2nd May for a public works loan for New South Wales of £3,249,500 at a minimum of 97. New silver coinage amounting to £100,000 has been issued. The Aconcagua left Plymouth yesterday.
