Mails for the Chatham Islands, per schooner Omaha, close at Lyttelton on the 11th iust. Late letters (for despatch by steamer) bearing one rate of postage extra, may be posted at the Port Post Office forty minutes after the hour of closing such mails at the Chief Office. For Havelock-Close every Wednesday at 5 p.m.; arrive every Tuesday. For Motueka, Motupipi, Waitapu, Takaka Collingwood, Bedstead Gully, &c. — per steamer or sailing vessel. For Tadmor and Sherry River— Close every Tuesday at 4 p.m. For Stoke. Richmond, Hope, Brightwater Spring Grove, Wakefield, Foxhill Station' and Foxhill— Close daily at 4 p.m.; arrive at 9 a.m. For Waimea West— Close every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 4 p.m.; arrive' every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 am For Appleby, Upper and Lower Moutere, Ngatimoti, Motueka, and Riwaka—Closeevery Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 a.m.; arrive every Tuesday, fThursday and Saturday at 2-40 p.m. ' For Neudorf and Thorpe — Close every Monday at 9 a.m. A.
