BRIG HTWAT ER COURT.

[Before J. W. Babnicoat, H. Martin, jun., G. Talbot, and G. Ligiituand, Esqs., J.J.I ,j Fawcett v. Mathew Green, Mary Green' and Mathew Green, jun.— Mr P. B. Adams appeared for the plaintiff, Mr Pitt for Mr and Mrs Green, and Mr Bunny for Matthew «n, jun. Action brought to recover £5 ges caused by the defendants trespason the plaintiff's land and killing ;ys thereon. The evidence was very ' lengthy, aud after the counsel had addressed nhe Bench, judgment was given for the dej fendantsin each case, together with costs. O'Laughlan v. Baddeley— Claim for £2 5s ! damages sustained through defendant's dogs killing 3 sheep, the property of the plaintiff Mr Pitt appeared for the plantiff, aud Mr Bunny for the defendant. This case occupied the Court some time, the result being that judgment was given for the plaintiff for the amount claimed with co3ts.
