The market for Australian securities has suffered through sympathy with other descriptions of stock. Wool is quiet. Current rates are firm. Corn is quiet. The prospects of the wheat harTest at home are favorable. August 4. lhe first innings of the Rochdale eighteen closed for 124. In their second innings the Australians scored 72. Rochdale, in their second innings, had six out for 60 runs. The match resulted in a draw. There was heavy rain during the match.
