Mr Mabin reports that his sale at the Nelson Auction Rooms on Saturday there was a good attendance. A piece of land having a trontaee of 60 feet to Ngatimoti-street, town ! of Nelson, by a depth of 180 feet, with iron ; roofed 4-roomed cottage, realised £70; 70 acres, being part of section 10, belonging to | the estate of the late Mary Taylor, brought £110 ; about 194 acres, Waikoramumu, Takaka, formerly occupied by Mr Cootes, brought £50; pony, £5 15s; spring cart> £1 2 j 10s; set harness, £4 lCs* oranges, 10s per case; mandarins, 15s; lemons, 13s-, apples, 7s 6d; casks currants, 22d to 3d per lb.
