DISTRICT COURT.
[Beforellis Honor Judge Broad.] He -James Jamieson. On the motion of Mr Fell, this debtor was ordered to be discharged, His Honor remarking that the creditors had not even takeu the trouble to attend any of the meetings, and there appeared to be nothing calling for the interference of the Court. lie J. J. Taylor. Mr Fell applied for the bankrupt's discharge, Mr Pitt appeared to oppose, and Mr Acton Adams to move on behalf of the petitioning creditor (who was a brother of the bankrupt) that his costs might be allowed out of the estate. The evidence of the bankrupt and Mr Stanton, the trustee, was taken at great length. The Trustee's report was read, and caused some amusement. At the end it stated that the bankrupt appeared since the adjudication to have spent his time in " rid iug by railway, vilifying the trustee, and delivering himself of maledictions on those whom he chooses to designate his d d creditors." His Honor said the case was certainly rather peculiar, and so was the Trustee's report. He would make au order in the matter to-morrow.
