[Special.] London, June 26. The conduct of the Turkish delegates is equivocal. Although silent in Congress, they declare privately that the Porte will not evacuate Varna. The Daily News correspondent continues to report the menacing attitude of the Russian forces near Stamboul. It says that today there are 200,000 Russians in the vicinity of the Turkish capital. General Todleben has ordered the officers to send their wives to Russia. The Birmingham 22 (not 18) made 113 in their first inninga. In the Australian second innings one wicket had fallen for 54 runs.
