London, June 24. The State funeral of the ex-King of Hanover took place at St. George's Chapel, ■Windsor, to-day. The deliberations of fhe Congress continue. The general principles of the Bulgarian question are settled. The Rev. Mr Stanton was consecrated, at St. Paul's, Bishop of Korth Queensland. The Australian cricketers are playing against eighteen of Birmingham. In their first innings the Australians made 104; the top score was made by A. Bannerman, 31. Birmingham— one out for one run. The attendance is large.
