The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 64, Holbom Viaduct, E C. London, 9fch May, 1877. Report on a Sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps received frcm Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very caiefui chemical analysis and examination. The results of the tmalj sis, which are Be forth in a separate report show tbat thia spirit is ef good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in tolutkn. It possesses a delicate and agreeable arorua, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hart's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its class, is wei] purified, and is quite genuine.
