DISTRICT COURT.
IN BANKRUPTCY. [Before His Honor Judge Broad.] Re H. J. I. Augarde. Mr Sinclair, (for Mr Bunny) moved for the discharge of the bankrupt. His Honor said he should like a little more lnfprruatwn as to the assets in the estate • there appeared to be a considerate sum due to bankrupt in small amounts, but the trustee reported the assets as worth nothing. Mr Mabin, the trustee, was then sworn and stated that these sums were due, some from people who had gone away, some dead and others not worth suing. ' HisHonor.said,thatas the creditors had not taken any steps in the case, and therebeing no opposition, the order would be granted as prayed. •Inre Judah Myers. Mr Sinclair, instructed by Mr Pitt, applied for an adjournment until Tuesday, on account of Mr Pitt being engaged in the bupreme Court, Adjournment granted. In re Moss Davis.
