INTERCOLONIAL.
Sydney, Monday. Arrived— steamer Rotorua. Port Darwin, Monday. The ship Matterhorn and the barque Carleton were lost on Browne's Island. The captain and fifteen men of the Matterhorn were drowned, also four men from the Flora, who went to their assistance. Melboohne, Monday. Judge Fellows died this evening at six o'clock. Parliament will be prorogued to-morrow.
