The news describes it as serious* but details are wanting. Telegrams from the Continent indicate no signs of Russian yielding. There is increasing irritation on the part of Eoumania against Russia. Singapore, April 8. The Turkish troops re-occupy Bojukdere. Russia is negotiating another loan. The Russian press says that the dignity of Russia forbids her compliance with England's demands.
