CORRESPONDENCE.

To the Editor of the ' Evening Mail.' Sir— l regret for the honor of our little community to have to confirm the complaint of " Common Sen-e." The other evening, crossing over Nile-street Bridge I was assailed with oaths and abusive language by a knot of larrikins between the ages of 12 and 18. It seems it is not enough that we have given up to these precocious young rascals the shady walks of our pretty Trafalgar Square. They congregate on the bridges and at corners where people have no choice but to pass. If the nuisance is not speedily checked no respectable persons will be able to visit a friend's house after dusk without running the risk of having their delicacy of mind offended by the sentiments uttered under cover of the night.— l am, &c, Z. Nelson, April 5, 1878.
