A London telegram in the Syduey papers gives the following somewhat fuller particulars of the dreadful railway accident in Siberia :—" London, 4th October.— A fearful railway disaster is reported in a special message from St. Petersburg. It appear that a train bound for Siberia, with 1,000 Turkish prisoners, left the rails in a steep part of the line, and wa3 smashed to pieces. 400 prisoners were killed outright, and hundreds badly wounded." The Prince Imperial visited Belgium, and the French police were instructed to wntch his movements, It is believed there is a plot to precipitate the coup, when Napoleon the IVth will appear as the trauquiliaer not the disturber of the public peace, andt he Empire will be restored without any appeal to universal suffrage. The Imperialists are divided into the Chiselhurst faction and the Bonapartists led by Prince Jerome.
