RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
[Before L. Broad, Esq., E.M.] Fieldes v. Robert Scott (timber merchant of Wanganui).— Action to recover £59 13s being amount of promissory note and interest for six years and nine months. Mr Acton Adams appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Pitt for the defendant. Judgment for amount claimed, and costs £5 2s, to be paid in monthly instalments of £2. Stanton v. Tatton.— Action to recover £26 14s 9d, being the amount of two promissory notes and interest. Mr Bunny appeared for the defendant. Judgment for amount claimed and coats.
