The English Cabinet iu Council resolved to ask credit in order to make precautionary preparations. Six thousand Russians stormed-the Turkish batteries near Galatz. The Turks under Malchim are retiring. A despatch . from Prince Gortschakoffi states that Russia c*oes not intend acquiring Constantinople.
