London, May 24. Disastrous floods in Roumania have carried away bridges, and railway and other works. The Turkish ironclads are bombarding Caucasian towns on the coast of the Black Sea. The Emperor Alexander proceeds to Ployesti, the head-quarters. On Jbis arrival it is expected that active preparations on the Danube will commence. Warlike preparations are going forward in Servia, notwithstanding the dissuasion ot Russia. The Jof Austria will probably be provoked should Servia more.
