He sues the defendants for that they on the 22nd of January, 1877, contracted with him to tend and nurse his children for reward, yet did so negligently and improperly, and kept, tended, and nursed his children so that he suffered great loss and harm therefrom. He claims £200 damages. The Match Committee met last evening to select the Otago eighteen to play against the All-England Eleven.
