LormoN^ebruary 13. Notice of motion has been given by Glad-, stone for Friday next, asking how the Government understand the Treaty engagement in view of the despatch of Lord Derby to Sir H. Elliott on the sth of September, stating that in case of war betweeen Russia and Turkey, England would not defend the latter power. -■■---.
