Mr Acton Ailams appeared for the plaintiff, an<l Mr Henry Adams for the defendantThe plaintiff churned £182, damages sustained by him as the lessee of section 104, Waimea East, under a fourteen years le*»se, terminable in 1885, iu consequence of the railway intersecting his lmd. Mr Henry Adams said that he was instructed by the Government to offer the claimant the sum of £120 and costs. Counsel for the p'aint ff accepted the off.r, and judgment was enterel up accordingly. The Court then adjourned.
