[FEOM A COKREHI'ONDENT.] Wellington, Monday. The Nelson, Marlborough, and Westland members had a meeting to-day, aud were unanimous in their d -termination to oppose Separation With reference to Mr Whitaker s ■ resolutions, they have not quite decided what I
ac'ion to take. Most of thorn prefer voting for tht-m, but they have determined to wait for a few days until the debata is opened, in order to ascertain in what, way they will affect the Separation question, AbolhVon; and the position of tbe Government The meeting was adjourned until Friday nest.
