The general course of the line will be along the railway line from Richmond to Foxhill, and near tho road to Fogden's, and through the Big Bush lo the junction of the Buller and Top House roads. The greater number of the poles will be each Twenty (20) feet long, and the remainder will be each Twenty-five (25) feet long. I All poles and material will be handed over j to the contractor in Ne.'son, and will have to be delivered along the line at pegs according to a list that will be funrshed lo him. The above works to be completed by the 31et dav of duly, 1875. Tenders to state price per pole of each kind, and price per cwt. for delivery of material, and to be accompanied by a deposit equal to twenty per cent ot the value of the Under, which sum will be held in security for the due performance of the work within the stipulated time, or will be forfeited should any contractor refuse to take up his contract.
