Bluff, July 28. " r The Albion with the Suez mail left Melbourne at 8 p.m. on tbe 23rd inst., and arrived at the Bluff at 10*30 a.m. to-day, after a quick passage of 4 days 12 hours. Sbe brings 31 saloon and 36. steerage passage, and 400 tons of cargo for all ports. She sails for Danedin at 4 p.m. Paris, July 20. General Latour, an Orleanist, is appointed Minister of the Interior, and M. Bodet, a moderate deputy. Minister of Finance. The other Ministers lemain in office. The Assembly is with them in giving the Cabinet time to deliberate, and postponed thß Constitutional debate till Thursday. Beblin, July 20. v The priest arrested on suspicion of .being an accomplice in the attempted assassination of Bismarck has been released.
