Tbe Otago on the passage home encountered a terrific gßle on April 10th. She lost all her boats, si ars, nnd Btock, and a portion oi her bulwarks. The ship waß lying for some time with her lower • ard arms under water. On the fallowing day she rescued the crew of the barque Prince Arthur in a sinking condition, and landed them at Dartmouth.
