Christ Cnußch Bazaau. — The articles remaining unsold from the late bazaar will _Q. on view. at the Masonic Hall to-morrow afternoon, from two to four, and will be sold by auction at eight in tbe evening. Harbor Board. — Mr. Pitt gave notice this morning, that oo Thursday he should move for leave to bring in a bill to constitute a Harbor Board for the port of Nelson. B a chelder's Pantascope, — Baclielder's panorama of a tour through America, which has been on view and bas attracted large numbers of visitors in other parts of tho colony, will arrive here from the West Coast by the Charles Edward, and be displayed at the Odd Fellows' Hall on Thursday next. City Council — A special meetiDg was held yesterday afternoon, when tho following resolution was passed :•— " That the Surveyor be directed to write to bis Honour tbe Superintendent," desiring him to take the necessary steps to obtain a Provincial Act or Acts, bringing into operation in this city the ' Municipal Corporations Waterworks Act, 1872,' and the Municipal Corporations Act Amendment Act, 1873.'"
