NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that I have lodged at my Office, Broadway, Reefton, a Statement showing ihe &.SSETS of the above-named Company, and also a List of the DEBTS proved therein, together with a List of Contributories, showing the number of SHARES held by rach, and the sums to be paid in respect of such Shares. And I further give Notice, tint the List of Contributors s will be settled by fch- Court; on TUESDAY, the sth day of May next, at Reefton, and that on that day, or any day to which such settling shall be adjourned, any OBJECTIONS to the aaid List by any Contributor or Creditor will be HEARD and adjudicated upon by the Court.
