To the Editor op the Evening Mail. Sir — I was much surprised on reading the Colonist's version of the accident to Mr li'rost. Mr Frost was tendered all necessary assistance, and helped horne — by his own relations. The only notice taken of the accident by the equestrians (so far) was to ask his name. I am, &c, A Neighbour.
