FRANCE.
The French War Minister has asked for a grant of 173,000,000 of francs as a necessary expenditure for rostoring war material. Six Communists have been senteuced to death for murder and arson. The President has given a successful jete at the Elysee. All political notabilities, foreign diplomatists, the Orleans Princes, and deputies of all parties were present. The friendly relations between Fiance and Germany and Italy are dependent on the Due de Broglie's policy towards Rome.
