COLLEGE SPORTS.
The annual sports at the College, which have now become quite an institution, commenced yesterday, and were carried out with considerable spirit, the contests for some of the events being very close, though as a whole they did not come up to those of previous years. The attendance was moderately good, and much interest was taken in the races especially. The following is the resnlt of the day's sports: — *l. Hop. Step, and Jump.
