[By Electric Telegbaph] Richmond, Nov. 14, .at 4 p.m. The nomination of candidates took place to-day. Mr Carl Selling was proposed by Mr Albert Bensemann, and seconded by Mr Frederick Bensemann. Mr John Kerr was proposed by Mr Wm. Bell, and seconded by Mr Richard Andrews. Mr John Win was proposed by Mr George Bell, and seconded by Mr Thorn. The several candidates having addressed the electors, a show of hands was taken with the following result: —
