The Lady Jocelyn waß towed up and anchored at the quarantine ground at tfaree o'clock this morning. Sickness is still raging on board of diphtheria and scarlet fever. Nine deaths occurred on the voyage out, and six are now ailing. The Quarantine Board of Health visited her at noon.
