' His Honor deliverrd judgment this morning, dismissing the rule nisi with costs. We are obliged to hold over a lull report of the judgment uniil to-morrovr. Symons v, Myers and others. Mr Acton Adams moved for leave to renew for six months a concurrent writ; of summons issued in this action, which ia an administration suit. Leave granted. Mliae and others v. Chuck and others. Mr Acton Adams applied for a decree in this I action by default ot plea. His Honor took time to consider.
