This Day.

T. Harley v. Malcolm. —This was an action to recover the sum of £50, being the amount of a promissory note drawn by James Mackay tertius in favor of defendant, and endorsed by him to plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff with costs £l ss. T. J. Thompson v. Robert Eden.-r-h. rehearing of a case tried some few weeks at Spring Grove having been allowed, the case was heard to-day. It was an action to recover two items of £3 6s each, for rates due on sections 58, 59, and 138 Waimea South. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £6 12a, and costs £2 18s. 1 j
