MONTHLY MEETING OF THE BOARD. Thursday, July 3. Present — Messrs Waatney (chairman), Rout, Talbot, Cresswell, Wigzell, Thorpe, Campbell, Garin, R. Smith, Kelling and Bum. The minutes of last meeting were read and ..confirmed. | The accounts for 1872-3 were laid before the Board aud passed. Resolved : — " That an extension of Mr Fraser's lease of section 96 Westport, for a further term of seven years, be recommended to a future Board, the Board having no power to grant leases for more . than fourteen years. The report of the Select Committee of the Board on the Spring Grove Committee was read and adopted.
