Pabis, April 28. — The elections in Paris have taken place, and passed off peaceably. In Marseilles ani Bordeaux Radicals have been elected. " Pabis, April 29.— The result of the supplementtary elections in France has been the return of three Radicals, four moderate Republicans, and one Legitmist. M.Thiers has expressed a firm resolution to establish the Republic, and to maintain in its intergrity universal suffrage. It is feared, however, tbat the effect of M. Barodet's recent election for Paris on wavering members of the Assembly, whose support is indispensable to that object, may prevent the President from carrying his views into effect.
