London, April 24. An outbreak has occurred at Madrid. Seven, battalions of the old monarchical volunteers oc-. ciipied the Bullring, adjoining the Cortes. Their rumpred object was the overthrow of the Government; who disarmed the Monarchical volunteers and artillery with the aid of the Republican Volunteers, and decreed the dissolution of the permanent Cortes. The members refused to separate, but fled among the armed populace. Tranquillity was subsequently restored. • •- -....- Madbid, April 26.
