FOUR SCHOLARSHIPS, tenable for; two years, are OFFERED for COMPETITION to such pupils of jthe Public Schools of the Province as have completed their twelfth year, and have attended a Provincial School for the last two years.' • The value of the two Scholarships given by the Provincial Council (which are open only to scholars who have attended Country Schools) is .£4O per annum, to which the Governors of the College add a free education. The Governors' Scholarships carry with them a free education at the College.
