Blenheim. — Messrs, N.Edwards & Co. have received a telegranj from J>)eDbeior stating that the rivers are still #ooded, with a bad bar. The sailing of the p.s. Lyttelton has been postponed iv consequence till to-morrow evening, at ten o'clock. Oddfellows' Hall, —An entertainment, the programme of which was, if anything, a little too liberal, was given at the Oddfellows' Hall last night by a party of amateurs resident in Nelson, and notwithstanding the dispiriting effects of a thin house, passed off on the whole very successfully. It commenced with an amusing farce entitled "Intrigue," in which therewas some very erood acting, particularly in the parts of Tom Brisk aud Ellen, although the latter lost a good deal of the romance which was supposed to surround her by the natural harshness of the voice of the young man who represented the character, but this was a drawback that could not be well avoided, nor did it in any , way interfere with the ' apparently general satisfaction, with which the farce,
