THE ANNUAL MEETING OP RATEPAYERS of the City of Kelson, will be held at the Market Place,at Noon, on MONDAY, the '29th July instant, for the purpose of ELECTING EltxliT MEMBERS of the NELSON JBOAKD OF WORKS, to supply the vacancies which will then occur by the, retirement of the present Board, in accordance with the provisions of "The Towns Improvement Act, 1872."
