The Speaker of the Assembly ordered Mr. O'Connor out of the Speaker's gallery on the grounds that he wascousin to the youth who lately attacked tbe Queen. A meeting of the Tookey Company held at Ballarat bas confirmed the proceedings of the extraordinary meeting held on the Hth inst. authorising the increase of the capital by 10,000 shares of £1 10s. each alloiable to the present shareholders pro rata.
